Nestled between spectacular Mt. Marathon and breathtaking Resurrection Bay, is Harborview Inn, which is located right in the heart of mid-town Seward, Alaska. Harborview Inn was established by the King Family in 1989, and had grown over the years to 38 units. The inn offers 34 standard rooms, equipped with one queen bed, two double long beds or a queen bed with a twin(single bed). There is one deluxe room, called our ?King Suite? which has a beautiful river rock fireplace, king size hand-peeled log bed , a twin-pull out sofa sleeper, rocking chair, cathedral ceilings with windows to the peak and a two-person steam bath shower. Also available , for longer stays there is our C Street Apartments and our tow Seaview Apartments, both with fully equipped kitchens. There are 34 rooms that can handle large groups. Location, location, location. This inn has it all. We are only 3/10 of a mile walk to the small boat harbor, which is the departure point for all sightseeing excursions that take you out to see the wonderful sights of Kenai Fjords National Park, and only '' mile walk from historic downtown Seward and the educational marine research facility, the Alaska SeaLife Center. Our clean, comfortable and recently remodeled facilities house 22 guest rooms along with a full service restaurant, lounge and pavilion affordably priced and centrally located on the peninsula for convenient access to Seward, Cooper Landing, miles and miles of well maintained hiking trails through the Chugach National Forest and all of your planned activities. We are located just 95 miles south of Anchorag e along Hwy 9 (Seward Hwy) which you will find to be one of the most beautiful and scenic drives you will ever take. Our lodge sits on the banks of Upper Trail Lake and is nestled in the gorgeous panorama of the Chugach Mountain Range, the Nation's second largest National Forest. You will not be disappointed by this Alaska experience. If arriving when traveling from outside of Alaska, you should plan to fly in/out of Anchorage, or by ship in/out of Seward, AK. Our full-service restaurant opens each morning for breakfast at 7:00 AM and closes at 9:00 PM on weekdays.
